Enjoy FLAVORS de ESPANA at TAPELLA by Gaudi

Are you and your families love to sample different restaurants in and out of town? Well here's your chance to dine and taste exquisite Spanish Cuisine at its best without having to travel miles away .

Tapella brings "FLAVOURS de ESPANA", a month long food festival featuring Spain's most famous Regional Cuisines. Spanish and Filipinos share the same passion when it comes to celebrating feasts and no dining experience is complete with out having to taste an exquisite and dining feel and taste that only TAPELLA by GAUDI can bring.

For this type of epicurean experience, Gaudi and Tapella offers a set menu from Spain’s different regions only P599++ per head.

Every menu is composed of a delectable set of tapas, soup, salad, main dish and rich dessert just like the 4 sets coming from the four regions of Spain.

 Ensalada de Tomates
Fresh tomatoes and garlic drizzled with EVOO.
This ensalada is from the CASTILLAN region.

Chistorra

Basque Chorizo on baguette slice
from the BASQUE Region.

 GAZPACHO ANDALUZ
Fresh Tomato and vegetable  served cold
from ANDALUCIA

Paella Marisco
Fish and Seafood paella
from the region of ANDALUCIA

FLAN dela ABUELA
my top pick dessert from the CASTILLAN region.

Most of my favorites came from the region of ANDALUCIA. Their taste and flavor does not lure you away from the Filipino taste that's why it topped my list.

I noticed the flavors from the Andalucian region is always complemented with olive oil, garlic and wine. This trio makes the flavor more savory and authentic.

So i suggest that if you guys are tired of the gastronomic fat-laden feasts, Tapella by Gaudi is one flavor-rich trip to your food hunting destinations.
