MANGO TREE in THE FORT Now OPEN

One of the restaurants I have not visited yet is Mango Tree. I first heard of Mango Tree through a blog post I read from “The Fashion EggPlant Chronicles”. Since then on I grew curious what’s so special about this restaurant.

Mango Tree has a branch in Trinoma Mall and in Makati City. Mango Tree offers Thai Cuisine which is one of the favorite cuisines in World. Tagged as “Thai Cuisine At Its Best”, due to its previous success from its first two stores at Q.C and Makati, last March 27, 2012 it opened its newest branch in Bonifacio High Street Central, Taguig.

I’m among its lucky guests who were able to grace its Grand opening. Me and some friends arrived very early just to make sure we won’t miss anything most especially the festivities. Around 6:30pm , Mango Tree were bustling with festive vibes.

True to its dedication that they are one of the world-class restaurant in the world, Hospitality is indeed a tradition among its staff.

This grand opening was also very successful because it was headed by its Head Chef Siwat Korsem with 27 years expertise with the Thai Cuisine. Every customer that will dine at Mango Tree because they only serve the best and freshest ingredients  which is an array of nutritious Thai organic herb and spices and the cooking lifestyle that would spell an impeccable experience always.

That night I was able to taste their signature dishes Por Pia Pak Gai Thod Nam Pla, Chicken and Shrimp Satay, Phad Thai Goong, and Chicken Curry Rice. For me  Phad Thai Goong , which is Thai stir-fried rice noodles with Tiger prawns stood out because it comes close to some of the Filipino Dishes I know and it wasn’t that spicy.

Mango Tree is located at : 7th Ave. Bonifacio High Street Central Global City Taguig, Philippines. You may call them for reservations at 217-2367 and mobile number 09175349145. You may also check out their dishes at their website www.mangotree.com.ph and email them at info@mangotree.com.ph.
