Upon signing at the registration for the Bloggers with were ushered to take the BODY AGE CHALLENGE.First you would be ushered to fill up some infos about your lifestyle and and a sensor will be attached to your finger while you exhale and inhale in 1 minute. After taking my turn , i wasn't really feeling afraid of the results...and guess what despite of some vices I have and some unhealthy practices my Calendar Age is 30.1 and my Biological age is 25.5! meaning my body's younger than my calendar age.

 But that's not a reason for me to rejoice. The Dietician told me I still have to practice healthy eating,eat on time , don't skip meals as these will  just keep me from eating unwanted amount of food.

Here are also some tips I would like to share with you on HOW TO FIGHT BODY AGING.
